Norfolk County Council Recycling Annual Satisfaction Survey
Norfolk County Council’s annual recycling centre survey is an opportunity for householders to provide feedback on Norfolk Recycling Centres. It gives an ongoing picture of what’s working well, what could be improved and how residents are using the household waste recycling centres.

To help the centres continue providing an efficient and value-for-money service in the coming years, they want to find out your views about the recycling centres you use. Even if you don’t use them, they want to hear from you so that they can understand why.
It takes just five minutes to complete the survey. The survey runs from 20 August to 17 September.
